Second Payout – it’s getting interesting

As continuation, I have taken another £15K cash advance credit card at 3.5%. We are now receiving dividends on over £32000… The ex-dividend date was at the beginning of the month, but I was waiting for the cash to actually post something… Here we are:

NameTotal Payout (£)
IncomeShares Apple AAPL Options (Dist)11.56
IncomeShares Coinbase COIN Options397.63
IncomeShares Amazon AMZN Options (Dist)25.38
IncomeShares Gold+Yield7.28
IncomeShares META Options (Dist)38.27
IncomeShares Alphabet GOOG Options39.32
IncomeShares NVIDIA NVDA Options71.38
IncomeShares S&P500 Options107.94
IncomeShares Nasdaq 100 Options165.56
IncomeShares Tesla TSLA Options241.23
IncomeShares Microsoft MSFT Options26.50
Total1,132.05

We have received £1132.05 which translates in a yield of 42,45%. It’s pretty impressive I must say. The NAV is still positive, however it went down slightly due to an overall market selloff.

I am going to use that full ammount to reduce even further my 10 year loan. I will cover the minimum payments of the credit cards with my own left over money.

This loan is being paid at £119/month, but this month I will be paying a total of £1251.

This is my pie, if you ever want to copy it: https://www.trading212.com/pies/lua2Nir8EPNyr5Y6OFEkf1FAtX5Rg

We will now wait for the letter from the loan Bank to let me know how much I have saved in interest by making this advanced payment. I will post the total results later on.

Happy days!
