As continuation, I have taken another £15K cash advance credit card at 3.5%. We are now receiving dividends on over £32000… The ex-dividend date was at the beginning of the month, but I was waiting for the cash to actually post something… Here we are:
Name | Total Payout (£) |
---|---|
IncomeShares Apple AAPL Options (Dist) | 11.56 |
IncomeShares Coinbase COIN Options | 397.63 |
IncomeShares Amazon AMZN Options (Dist) | 25.38 |
IncomeShares Gold+Yield | 7.28 |
IncomeShares META Options (Dist) | 38.27 |
IncomeShares Alphabet GOOG Options | 39.32 |
IncomeShares NVIDIA NVDA Options | 71.38 |
IncomeShares S&P500 Options | 107.94 |
IncomeShares Nasdaq 100 Options | 165.56 |
IncomeShares Tesla TSLA Options | 241.23 |
IncomeShares Microsoft MSFT Options | 26.50 |
Total | 1,132.05 |
We have received £1132.05 which translates in a yield of 42,45%. It’s pretty impressive I must say. The NAV is still positive, however it went down slightly due to an overall market selloff.
I am going to use that full ammount to reduce even further my 10 year loan. I will cover the minimum payments of the credit cards with my own left over money.
This loan is being paid at £119/month, but this month I will be paying a total of £1251.
This is my pie, if you ever want to copy it: https://www.trading212.com/pies/lua2Nir8EPNyr5Y6OFEkf1FAtX5Rg
We will now wait for the letter from the loan Bank to let me know how much I have saved in interest by making this advanced payment. I will post the total results later on.
Happy days!
